By applying for a position at Procera Group (Pty) Ltd or its subsidiaries, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
- You must meet the minimum requirements stated in the job advert:
- Matric/Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent.
- Grade 11 with at least 6 months relevant experience may be considered.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Non-South African citizens must provide:
- Valid work permit, visa, and residency certification.
- Note: Only fixed-term contracts (max 6 months) apply for non-citizens.
2. Application Process
- Submit your application through the official portal or as instructed in the advert.
- Ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.
- Internal candidates must apply via their Line Manager using the Internal Vacancy Application process.
3. Screening & Verification
- All candidates will undergo:
- Criminal and credit checks.
- Qualification and employment verification.
- Offers are conditional upon successful completion of these checks.
4. Interview & Assessment
- You may be required to complete:
- Telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Competency-based assessments and aptitude tests.
- The organization reserves the right to decline applications at any stage.
5. Confidentiality & Integrity
- All candidate information will be treated confidentially.
- Any attempt to influence the recruitment process through bribery or inducements will result in disqualification.
6. Training & Probation
- Certain roles include training as part of the assessment and probation period.
- Candidates who do not meet competency requirements during training will not be offered employment and will not be compensated for training days.

8. Communication
